Off Road / On Road Buggy - Best places to drive?

Hi guys,
Where is the best place to drive a buggy in the UK? (and or the Suffolk/Essex/Norfolk area as well)
I have a road legal quadzilla buggy which has a Kawasaki zr6 ninja engine fitted (definitely recommend anyone to buy one!)
I usually ride on the Thetford byways in Norfolk which is so much fun. I would love to know any other riding spots??
Are there any track days for buggies? Where you can really open it up and have fun, maybe against the clock etc.
Wales and Scotland is at the top of my list for a roadtrip!
Any enthusiasts wanting a driving buddy is welcomed as well!
