Upgrading Suzuki Grand Vitara?

I’ve been looking at a few atv/utv’s for around my land, mainly for the idea that I could use one for snow Plowing my drive (about 300m of concrete) but I’ve read these ain’t the best in the snow?

Then I though about using my misses grand vitara for the same job, she wants to change it and I would buy it off her for about 2.5k , hardly anything needs to be done to it but how hard is it upgrade?

I’m thinking bigger tyres for going across my 2 fields and for the snow and putting a snow plow on it some how? Is it do able?
