Are there many active green laners here?

I really enjoy exploring the scenery on unsealed roads, it's a great way to relax.

Yep. Go away once a year for a proper laning trip. And sometimes something more local.

Haven't been in years as nearly all the trails in the South East seem to have been closed in last 10 years, that and I dont own a 4x4 currently frown

Would love to get back into it though-however I assume I would have to head north for any real laning?

One of the best weekend of my life was a small ggroup of Landies doing the lanes on Exmoor....

Sadly, to mau thought many laning was the same as mud plugging and many mnay lanes got closed off.....

I used to love it, sold my 300tdi when we had the big foot and mouth outbreak in 2001 (?).

Did Keilder and Bala in the D3 about 5yrs ago, and Kankku just before that in one of their ex-army 90s.

Keep throwing the idea of a Jimmy/Trooper/P38/another D3 around in my mind, but in reality it wouldn't get enough use vs the cost and space on the drive.
