Hello!

After years on staff it's fun to use the forums as a regular PHer!

To business though, I'm hoping to do Gatescarth Pass on May 11th and started applying for a permit but see you can only do so in pairs. Short version, anyone fancy being my +1?

Cheers!

Dan

Why not post on the Green Lane Association Facebook page for the area? Sure there will be plenty of takers.

I'm interested, would love to drive it in my Bowler.

Did you get anything sorted? Isn’t Gatescarth Pass the one that doesn’t allow 100+” wheelbase vehicles?

10. 4x4 vehicles with a wheelbase of over 100 inch are not permitted to drive Gatescarth Pass. This is because of the damage caused by larger 4 x 4s. Please read the Driver and rider guidance for more detailed information. You will be refused access on the permit day if your vehicle does not meet these requirements.

Yup, all sorted - turns out Jimny owners are a keen and friendly bunch and I've assembled a group of four of us from BigJimny.com.

Cheers for the responses. And, suffice to say, I think we'll all be within the 100in wheelbase limit by a safe margin!

Cheers,

Dan
