Off road wheels and tires for G-Wagon London Area, UK

Tibus has a wheel similar to the Hutchinson bead lock wheel. As it’s NOT a Hutchinson, I assume it’s cheaper but I don’t know that.
Viking has Hutchinsons at about £500 per corner. On balance, I think I’d choose those.
I have to get myself a G in the next few years. Which version do you have?

Thanks for advice. I got the G63 Edition 463. Viking has Hutchinsons at about £500 per corner. On balance, I think I’d choose those.

Love the satin paint. That is an awesome machine.
I'll be after a weekend/holiday/retirement plaything, so nothing too new. I think a G55 would be fine - I might add portals, those Hutchinson wheels and a CTIS to allow me to go off exploring the snow and the sand.
Definitely petrol though. For what I want, diesel might make more sense but where's the fun in that?

Been talking a guy I know who was out playing with his Land Rover in the snow today. He said those Hutchinson wheels are a nightmare to balance - in fact he said you can't balance them. He also said they are so very heavy to start with that if you end up having to change wheels "in the world" (i.e. not at home, where you have a flat drive) then they are very hard to handle.
He didn't know about the Tibus wheels but said that Viking Offroad sell some other "offroad" (read: tough) wheels made by Raceline which can support quite low pressure tyres without needing a beadlock.
So I had a look - they are half the weight of the Hutchinsons although if you add beadlocks (an option) then they are right up there at about the same weight.

Look nice too. I'm not sold on the military look to be honest so these might make more sense. You can't have a CTIS with these though.
