Just paid £1.16p a litre for diesel when I filled up the WJ today.

Wish I got the petrol V8 now !! biggrin

I filled my Jeep for 105.9 at the local Coop superstore, 1.13 for diesel

sod diesel you penny pinchers.... my PETROL Grand Cherokee is now cheap to run hehehehehe (sort of lol)

Still not cheap enough.
Only when the tax is down to a reasonable rate.

Sometimes think if it was "given" away it would maybe not cheap enough for some, just enjoy the low prices at present.

It's the amount of tax not the price of the fuel I object too.
See what happens in the next budget if the prices stay this low.

It amazes me how much people complain about fuel tax. It is a tiny proportion of the total taxes that we pay, and (unlike most taxes that just transfer wealth from hard workers to lay-abouts smile ) it makes real sense.
