Which tyre om 18* rims

What tyre would fit and suit best......

Just bought some 18" rims, which currently have 245/60/18 on them..... the originals currently on Jeep 235/65/17..... I've calculated I need to looking for something more along the lines of a

255/55/18
235/60/18

or something near them..... going on Grand Cherokee WJ, not for extreme use, more construction site/farm track type stuff and the snow on roads when it comes... so an all year round tyre

Would prefer something with an aggressive looking tread & white writing if possible circa £100/corner.

Tyres on 18's are currently worn out goodyears, and some Kumho's which get really bad reviews.

what would my options be, considering I've limited my market considerably due to wheel size.

Liked the look of:

Maxiss AT771 looked ok
Cooper AT3 also look ok, but nearest available would be 265/60/18.... apart from speedo being out, would it be noticeable ?


What are the thoughts given the above?

On the Jeep the 255/55x18 fit with no problems.

I had general Grabber AT's on my WJ, 255/55 18.

Performed very well in all conditions.

Order some Grabber AT yesterday...... be fitted tomorrow, along with new exhaust.... more then the truck is worth hehehe
