Toyota Land Cruiser 120series LC3 4x4 info?

I'm looking at getting an LC3 and spending about 10-12k.

Apparently the LC3s have selectable locking rear diff rather than the LC4/5s that have auto 4x4 or something.

Does anyone know if the LC3s came with only locking rear or do some have locking front too?

I signed up to land cruiser owners club but can't post yet!

When you ring a dealer asking for info about the 4x4 they never have a clue

Any other well equipped vehicles for about that money?

Must have: Locking centre/rear diffs and front would be a bonus or LSD! Be diesel!
