Squeaky suspension

Hi my suspension is making a creaking noise every time it goes over something. I am assuming its the bushes. I have sprayed with silicone spray but its only a temp fix. And returns again in a couple of weeks
Any suggestions or is it a re bush job

Same on my jeep. The bushes need to be removed and re-greased. While there out, you may as well fit new ones if you dont know how old they are. The internet is full talk about what grease you should or shouldnt use. I used Castrol "Red Rubber grease" for rubber suspension bushes.It designed not to make the rubber swell up apparently.
