2004 Grand Cherokee Overland tyre choice

Stock is 235/65 17

The wheel/tyre combo does seem a little small for the wheel arch/ride height.

Im thinking of going next size up of 245/70 17. Anyone done this, any tyre rubbing problems ??

My first GC here in DXB had that size on when I bought it... never had any issues with rubbing though they were standard road tyres, not sure whether ATs in that size would rub...

Just trim the front bumper slightly if you have to.

I have 245 70 17 MT's on my WJ with a 3inch lift and I needed to trim the bumper.
