where to get custom work done?

I have a Ssangyoung Korando which I want to fix up with a transmission brake like the Xbrake system:

From what I gather they use the same calliper as on a JCB 3CX. So it would be a matter of someone making a bracket to hold the calliper on and a disc and making a cable up (I even have the plans for X-brake on the Landover, although mine would obviously be different.) .
Does anyone know anyone handy who would be willing to give a custom job like this a go and is reasonably priced?
I want to get something sorted ASAP, so if anyone knows anyone I would be grateful
