Looks like an abolition to me, Its not raised. The body has been stuck on high up but the car doesn't have that much ground clearance. Looks like its landed ontop of a 4x4.

How would you do repairs to the engine too?

The listing says 'Could be legal'. Dont think those arches would pass an MOT.

Bah humbug... Fail too me.

As long as the chassis is unmodified than the car should not require an SVA or Q-plate as it is essentially just a re-bodied land rover.

The arches are irrelevant as long as the bodywork (in this case side steps) matches the width of the tyres.

Engine bay is a little tighter than a disco or defender, but these are not difficult engines to work on and you could probably just unbolt the body and lift it off for better access should you require.
