Cherokee 2.5 Diesel power steering pump replacement? HELP!!

Hi guys, I have a 96 2.5 turbo diesel jeep cherokee (xj model).
The power steering pump has siezed so needs changing.

Is it a difficult job??? does anyone have any hints or tips?? Looks like a couple of bolts at a glance?
