A subject that is talked about much, and argued it seems on the net.

Ive got some new "Energy Suspension" units to fit. In the past Ive used the correct "Castrol Red Rubber" grease on rubber bushes, but I dont know if its suitable for poly?
Otherwise can someone recommend the correct stuff to buy in the UK. Energy suspension's own grease would work out at almost $50 delived for a small tub eek

Thanks

That's just petroleum jelly in a tube. It's what I've always been told to use.

Perhaps. All the PU bushes I have bought in the past come with their own grease that is nothing like petroleum jelly. It's so tacky, it will certainly stay put for a loooong time.
