As a counter to the fkwittery thread, how's this for ingenuity, not to mention confidence?

Seems to have a home made raised intake by means of a length of hose taped to the pillion seat.

Erm, that's at the blunt end = the exhaust wink

The intakes are cleverly taped up the inside of the screen (and were invisible at the start making me wonder how the hell the engine was breathing!)

Errrr......that's maybe why he used a hose? Yer know, those clever things that can be routed pretty much anywhere? But yeah ok, just watched again more closely and the hose is stuffed in the exhaust.

What a fantastic piece of engineering, it does strike me though that when you manage to get that thing stuck, you just leave it where it is because nothing on this Earth will be able reach you to assist.

It's only marginally deceiving, if you look the trees are relatively straight and I wouldn't want to stand on such a steep hill and hold a camera while a 3 ton car hurtles down towards me ...

I normally look for trees, vegetation, and see how they are positioned. It is slightly squiff to one side, but even taking that into consideration, it is quite a climb.

There's barely any weight on the front tyres on the way up and there's on the way down. Also, look at the approach / departure angles. Looks steep enough to me!

Quite a lean, if you look for koos se klip on YouTube there are plenty of other clips that aren't so OTT.
