can anyone tell me where i can buy under body protection for my 04 suzuki grand vitara three door.

Calmini do them. Apart from that I don't know.

Its not uncommon for people to make there own though.

flat 2mm plate and a few bolts will see you well

You will want something heavier then 2mm if you're doing anything halfway rough.

my welder isnt man enough to handle anything more than 2mm.. so to me.. everything over 2mm doesn't exist lol

but 5mm plate will be near enough indestructable

Calmini are silly expensive. You don't even need to be able to weld, much. Just get some plate metal, (aluminium, chequer plate, etc), and make your own... I did. Not pretty, not going to win a beauty contest, but you can jack the car up using it, and it has already saved me a few times.



I have another plate ready to cover the transfer case area as well.

(The single nut crappy bracket on the front has been cha he'd out, so it doesn't look as odd by the way! Now I have 2 crappy nut things one either side of the plate. I'm an artist in that respect)

Found this chap... No idea if he still does that sort of thing.

Thanks guys, i have tried a company in Poland, but they haven't replied, it's a bit strange you can't get offroad kit in this country.
