Hello chaps,

I'm hoping to organise a PH run out up here in North Yorkshire in a couple of weeks.

Can anyone give any advice on some good online resources for planning? I've got one track specifically in mind (all legit of course) but would like to try and link in a few.

Any suggestions would be most welcome. Not really looking to join any clubs (or pay any cash) to get route knowledge!

Cheers,

Ben

The definitive map at your local County Council. It's the only way. Some make access easier than others.

When it comes to green landing/playing off the Tarmac, forget "runs". Although you're entitled to have as many vehicles as you like on a public highway, paved or not, the Bobble Hatters will be all over it and berate you at length for smashing up their countryside.
Get a few mates and go in a pack of four.

Yep, noted, it'll probably be 4 cars max.

As for the bobble hatters (!) - if they're up at 7am on a Sunday on the top of a mountain then they have kind of earned the right to shout! Wonder what they'll say when they see our bbq bacon and fresh coffee out the back of a Range Rover..!
