I'm making up a custom roof rack for my 3 door freelander, i wish to put some spotlights across the front of it.

I'm thinking LED lights will give the best light quality and life, looks for 4.

Does anyone have LED lights already fitted or know a good supplier to buy from?

If you have them fitted, how do you rate them?

Nothing compares to KC Daylighters.

Depends if you want the lamps there to look good, or actually to give you some awesome lighting power!

I have a pair of 130w KC's on my Jeep - and they are almost unreal - they literally are Daylighters! And they are now 5 years old and still working like new.

Worth a look.

Bit of both really, the looks will help it stand out but the road to work are unclassed and prone to deer running across them so extra lighting power wouldn't go amiss.

Shall have a look at them, thanks for the suggestion. smile

No worries - they are wonderful, you'll not be disappointed. They're about 100 quid a pair though...

KC now do them with Xenon burners too - I can't imagine how bright those fkers are!

Xenon light's sounds just the job.
I'm making the rack up with a friend as i now have the design sorted so he's getting the metal cut to length and welded up when he has finished rebuilding his kitcar chassis.
