Jeep Grand Cherokee 2003 CD changer?????

I have had my Grand for about 3 months now & only today realised that the cartridge/magazine that holds the 10 CD's is missing!!!! Anyone know what make the CD magazine is? Or where I would be able to purchase just the magazine? Alternativly would another make's CD magazine fit the Jeep one?
