Aaaah.... That's a relief. Felt weird driving without the brrrrrrrrrrr tyre noise, and the slightly odd judder when you slow right down that it feels like you are stalling.

The noise of mud tyres reminds me of being on a tube!

Love that! First time i've had muds on any truck. Had them on for a few months now and have a chuckle to myself when i see people look at you like your trucks bust as you hum past. I find the hum quite therapeutic!

First LR I ever bought was on Firestone SAT's. I replaced all the wheel bearings before I realised it was the tyres. . . . . boxedin

Well, went to see if my favourite pub was open after the winter, (it is an open ait jobby, so closes in the winter months). It's just a village road, but you'll understand why I bought a 4x4, and not an expensive one at that...

You sometimes have to negotiate the ruts left by the logging trucks in the winter months... They have quite a large tyre, the feckers.

Little concrete bridge in the river basin, near the monastary.

Chunky tyres FTW! hehe
