Do you have dimensions, quantities and material specifications for the brackets you require?
Where are you located?

I use a local fabrication company (one man operation) who produces excellent components which can be laser cut and supplied either welded or ready to weld as you require. Recently he supplied me with a stainless fuel tank and miscellaneous brackets as per PDFs of CAD drawings I sent him. If you are local to Worcestershire I'm sure he'd welcome the business but be prepared for a short wait as he fits these jobs around the mainstream customer work he does.

1-link? what do you mean by this...what is the springing medium coil or leaf? How are you controlling the axles laterally and longitudinally?

ive been drawing loads of sketches, and looking at others online.

plan to use dislocating coils, and long shocks.

single connection for the axle under the xfer box for both front and rear using a really big rose-joint.. like a frankenheim or something like that.

A panchard rod at each end for lateral control

something like this..

but nowhere near as nicely done, and without the expensive air shocks lol smile

that would be a de-dion linkage similar to a MOWAG DURO

Don't use dislocating coils, you end up with an unstable vehicle.

Perhaps try Fox Airshox or similar depending upon target sprung mass...also you could learn a lot more by visiting the Pirate 4x4 site as many of those guys on the Land Rover forum (PTSchram, Buckon37's etc) know their stuff.
