Anyone have experience of Maxxis Mud Tyres?

Hi all

I am looking for a set of decent sized mud tyres for my Defender, I need to go bigger than my current one's. One placed has offered me Maxxis Buckshot 754 tyres. I believe these are new (not retreads) and the pattern looks quite aggresive. Just wondered if anyone had any experience of these?

I'm not apposed to remoulds, but for thr price of these Maxxis tyres, I'm tempted to avoid the cheaper remoulds.

Any experiences greatly appreciated.

They were the cheapest retreads i could find lol, so i bought them! been using them for about 2-3 months for off roading/green laning. they have taken some s**t but they seem fine; i think they're a bargain. mine have quite a flimsy tyre-wall so the car tends to handle like a boat on the road but thats just what you get with big cheap tyres.
