Well the cars looked fantastic, not the owners.

Just short of an old racing car tongue out

Thank the guys at AutoFinesse. I thought they did a great job of keeping the cars looking prestine! It was the best my car has ever looked!

Definitely and I doubt that they broke a hose pipe either wink

Jon, there are photos of your car, but due to the way it was arranged I had to ask my mate to take them with a wide angle lens.

I'm heading to Leics today, but as soon as I get back, I shall be collecting the RAW files from him and processing them for ya smile

Cheers Scott, very good of you. Already got the advert on PH, but may update the pics with some of those from the show.

Its one of the best looking adverts on PH though, even if I do say so myself! But its mainly down to the excellent photos I've used for it! I'm sure you'll recognise them!

I'm glad the member's cars went down well - I think they looked fantastic. James at Auto Finesse really earned his crust over the duration of the show!

This year, I think we had a fair representation of what the PH members actually own - though we'd have had a few more if the weather hadn't pulled a fast one on us! Next year we'll try and get those that couldn't make it on the stand!

Thought you did a great job of organising things Alex.... was funny watching you panic last Tuesday though, every time your phone rang!

If you ever need my car for anything again then I'd be happy to oblige. The Pistonheads lot did a great job of looking after the motors!

Thank you very much, Jonty - May just take you up on that!

My phone was the bane and curse of my life over those two days - it had rung so much I kept hearing phantom sounds of it ringing. I still do. Perhaps I have a brain tumor?

And Steve - I was a touch worried that we weren't going to get anywhere near what we did (hence the GT2 430 on loan), but it all turned out well in the end.

Next year let's all do an anti snow dance to make sure it all goes smoothly, eh?

Big thanks to all of you who loaned us cars - they, and you, were ace!

Yeah, where did that GT2 F430 come from? Was quite nice having my car parked back to back with that?

It came from a team who brought one too many - and after we had 12 cars cancel on Wednesday morning we had to fill the gap. Thought it'd go best behind yours (being the only other proancing horse) - Next year, ran dances all roound so no one cancels!

Dont get how why people cancelled? It was snowing when I set off but it didn't deter me! Just invite people from the Yorkshire forum next time... We're proper Pistonheaders there!

I found the low splitter worked great as a snow plough to get me out of the white stuff and onto a decent road. LOL

Im glad the cars were looking good on display, sadly i cant take all the credit for the way they looked ( as much as id like too smile ), many owners done a good job of cleaning the cars up them selfs prior to the show and i did have a couple of helpers with me throughout to keep the dust off them and the pesky finger prints from people who insist on touching cars (i still dont understand the need, they all feel the same, like a car)

But its nice to get a bit of appreciation for washing cars in the snow frown

Thanks

Thanks to Alex also for making sure we had all we needed such as power and water, things like that can be a real pain at any event the NEC no acceptation.
