It's actually the worst kit car I've ever seen! I know it's a prototype but that doesn't mean you can stick badly made FG mouldings over the existing bodywork before painting it with a mix of white emulsion paint, sharp sand and crack cocaine.

I hope it's some kind of elaborate hoax to wind up the MX5 loving PH massive but I have a nasty feeling that (to quote someone else, possibly Tiff Needel) 'it's somebody's impending bankruptcy. Having said that though, if it cost more than 50p to nail that lash-up together they probably shouldn't be trusted with real grown-up money anyway hehe

Looked like a nasty combination of a Frogeye Sprite and Daimler Dart to me but it wasn't the styling which really offended me, it was the diabolical fit and finish.

What's the URL for the site? I couldn't remember the name of the company, but I was astonished that they paid for space to have it on that stand given how terrible it looked.

This kit made me feel terrible all day. Still depressing me, someone must be so proud of it, paid to have it developed, probably remortaged their house, paid to bring it to the show and noone was anywhere near it. They have put their hopes and dreams and im sure hard work into it and I hate to say it, it is pointless.

I hope anyone who puts the effort in well, but I think someone needs to tell whoever made it to stop throwing good money after bad at it and walk away.

If the creator reads this, Im sorry. Really feel bad about it.

Edited to add; if it is tifosi cars from devon, what the hell? their sprie on the website looks good and they dont seem too bad on the kit car parts, so whats going on?

The kit had a sign on today (not sure if there other days) saying it was pre-production prototype and the real kit was now in production and much better ...
