Cars on dislay at Pistonheads Show

Guys,

Do we have a list of the cars that will be on display at the Pistonheads show?

We do, but with the weather conditions it is changing daily I think it's best to avoid disappointment and I'd rather not publicise a list as some owners may yet decide not to attempt the trip.

In the meantime we are looking at 'stand by' cars, so if anyone is local to the NEC and wants to offer us their car, please contact [e-mail]

I can guarantee that we will deliver a great line up whatever the weather!

Sent an email also! Sold the Clio V6 so have something different. Seeing the weather the last few weeks the Clio would have been a nightmare getting there!

We will indeed.

Alex will be there from 6am tomorrow as will a few hundred trucks and vans.

I'll be there from 9ish on Wednesday morning and we'll post up any issues. The NEC will be keeping the access roads clear to get the show set up, so getting from the M Way to NEC should be OK unless snow falls very quickly and deeply indeed.

Weather conditions and roads are all fine. Had a bit of fun when I turnedd up with the 355 though in one of the car parks that hadn't been cleared!

All the roads are clear though.

I'm hoping Sunday evening weather will be ok but just wondering ... what is the contingency if we can't get cars off the site on the Sunday night/Monday morning?

Might be worth someone looking in to it ... ?

Hi Steve

We hear that most of the snow will thaw over Saturday and Sunday, however if not then I'm sure the NEC will allow us to keep cars inside and will provide security too.

We'll keep an eye on the weather over the weekend and will let you know how it looks as the show progresses.
