Discount codes not working for phone bookings

Just a quick note for anyone who has yet to purchase tickets. Just phoned up to try and get 2 tickets for Saturday and was put on hold for a while when the girl went away to find out that the BOGOF code is no longer being accepted....

Wasn't too happy and questioned it but at the end of the day it wasn't accepted. Just a warning to anyone expecting a cheaper deal. 2 tickets plus booking fee, parking and petrol will see the days expenditure as over £100 before I've even been tempted by any shiny things I might see there...

Upside was that the girl on the other end of the phone had an unbelievably fit voice.... could have listened to her for days :-)

When we tried to book by phone on Sunday we were told the BOGOF code expired on 31st December.

We decided not to bother over the phone and try to book on-line and guess what - the code was still working so we got the 2 for 1 deal.
