Is there anyway to change a saturday ticket to a thursday?

We should have had a 4 day pass according to the email if our car was in the show, unfortunately the guys at the show didnt have the passes. Not a problem as they had individual day passes..
The only problem being I asked for a thursday pass and I think the guy gave me two saturday ones instead.

Did they have the trade/press day passes? I only ask as my father was going to come with me tomorrow, (his day off) and now cant..

I did ask for extra saturday tickets which the pistonheads fella's were fine with which is appreciated, but now I have to many saturday and none for the thursday! frown

I've got a Thursday trade pass thing which I then needed to change for the Friday (due to logistical childcare based confusion betwixt me and Mrs Cloth) - called the number on the back of the pass and they said I could just rock up on the Friday, go to the tckt collections desk and once they had checked the pass had not been used on the Thursday, they would swap it for a Friday one. Mines a plastic grey card thing though, not sure if that is what you have or is it an actual tckt - it may be that the tckts for weekends and what are officially trade days may not be swappable - worth a call either way as the PH chaps may not get a chance to login much and see this, if you don't have a number on whatever it is you have then the one I called was 01926 330209.

No answer there mate. Thanks though.

I have spoken with the Pistonheads office who said they will call me back (doubting that very much right now!).

The email states 'You will also be receiving your two all access passes, which are valid for all four days' - so far I have to many passes for Saturday, none for thursday when I really need them, and these tickets dont include access to the Live Action arena..

I know we get the car detailing and everything, but its a little harsh if I now can't go on the one day I really wanted to and dont get to see the live arena :S

Yeah good to meet you to.
He'd just started the bonnet when I left which was maybe an hour after yourself. Certainly taking his time which is a good thing. The chap doing mine seemed a decent bloke.

Have you noted not to use a sponge? haha biggrin

I've got my car there on display, i was given 2 show passes that i can use unlimited for the entire event, plus one Any Day complimentary ticket, and one Sunday only complimentary ticket. I was quite pleased needless to say, however sadly there was no free parking pass this year unlike last, or access to the Live Arena. Still, i'm not arguing.

Yeah exactly.. I wouldnt consider my paint to be in bad condition, and im sure others would say the same, but to those guys.........

I guess it shows that they care for what they do though - Plus I've heard today that the guy spent 9 hours polishing my car! biggrin
