The plastic chains were a fair distance away yesterday, it will be oiks moving them to get closer to take photos and stuff

A couple of the chains were on the floor when I went round yesterday as the clips had been broken off,so I jammed them onto the hooks

The barriers were **** poor, flimsy plastic chains attached to those unstable poles, I saw a fair few that had fallen over, and one just fell over when a guy brushed against the chain to take a photo, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them ended up falling on someone's car.
