Cleaning and insurance?
Discussion

'theres an area to clean your cars'....
does the car need to be spotless for the Zymol guys?
what about interiors/engine bays?
Also has anyone approached their insurance yet? any comments?

Insurance no issues . . .
Engine bay !!
I hope they don't open the bonnet the rest will be as clean as is practicable on the day depending on what facilities are available as the car will be driven there and then washed off, dried and presented for Zymol . ..

Hi Guys
Giving my car a "clay bar and wax" before setting off. I will also be putting a bucket and cloth in the boot for when I arrive at the NEC to wash the grit off (especially as snow is forecast!!) - It should give the Zymol guys the best chance to get a shine!
Cleaning the engine bay? - they will have a problem - my Tuscan's bolted down.
As for insurance - yes, I also spoke to Direct Line. Lots of questions about modifications. Once I satisfied them over that issue no problem and no additional premium to display at the show. The fact that the cars are roped off helped a lot.
Also posted info about nearest 24hr petrol station on main thread.
