For a first time, yes!

I see quite a bit day to day so its really about starting the season off, and wishing friends a happy new year for me now.

I'd give a reserved yes (most find it expensive, but I reckon it is a decent day out and worth it to me). IMHO the show has been in shallow decline over the last 5 years or so, but relative to last year I reckon that it has improved and there is some droolworthy machinery to be seen.
