Bass player/Backing vocals in the West Midlands Wanted

We are a live 4 piece party/function band and with regret our friend and Bass player is leaving the music scene and must therefore seek to find a permanent replacement to continue our journey.
Our history is that we formed just over 3 years ago with the same lineup that we started with, we have a good relationship with each other and are proud of the fact that during this time there has not been one bad word or ego trip between us that berates so many other bands.
We are all in our early 30/40’s working, married with children and ideally like to play live once a month with most of our business coming from our website, recommendations or repeat bookings. Recently we have played venues such as the Ace Café in London, National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull, weddings, a few local clubs and several birthday parties, the majority of our gigs being in the West Midlands area.
Our music is all covers, simply for the reason that we judge our gig on the number of people enjoying the popular music we play by being up dancing to us and we really thrive on this, we have a full PA and quality lighting system in place all adding to the atmosphere.
What are we looking for ? If you play Bass and can provide backing vocals, have a nice personality, live within the West Midlands, enjoy the party atmosphere, considered reliable and looking for a long term commitment we would love to hear from you. Male or female considered ideally with own transport. Previous stage experience is not essential as the enthusiasm is more important to us.
