Hi all,
I've been offered a gig (overseas), but it would be PC only. I've had a few hours playing on my copy of Ableton Live 7, and have seen a few things I need to work on, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it?

I've seen the DJ Kutski youtube bit (very good), but I really need to figure out warping and the rest.

Cheers!

Hello mate! Well since seeing you I've actually been able to string a set together, and have accepted the gig overseas. But I just don't enjoy it as much as hanging off the mixer knobs...

Well, that's true, but if you know what you're doing you can still do that. Will they have a mixer out in the Maldives? I hate playing without a proper robust mixer, because, as you say you really need to be properly hands on, and be able to give it some abuse. Give me a shout if u need some pointers smile. 30 mins to an hour and I'll have u sorted no probs.
