I used to DJ in my late teens - early twenties and built up a nice collection of classic dance vinyl. Not massive but around the 300-350 individual vinyl mark.

I haven't really touched them for the last 5 years. They have just sat in storage, only being touched when we moved house, and only then it was only picking them up, putting them in a van and shoving under the bed at our new place.

I don't have any equipment to use them anymore so am reluctantly looking to sell. I never wanted to but they take up a fair bit of space and just seems stupid as I'll probably never use them again.

The range goes from some early 90s breaks & bleeps upto around 2002 dance music. Also some more recent Electro house such as early Deadmau5 white labels. Some massive tunes/names in there too such as Delerium, Chicane, Tiesto, Lange, Ferry Corsten, Daft Punk etc.

Was thinking of maybe Ebay but seems that job lots of vinyl go for very little money and some of these vinyls are selling for £10+ on an individual basis.

I talked to HTFR a few years back stating my interested on selling the lot to them and they were very keen (there were a number on there wanted list at the time) but it was too much hassle to get down there for them to value it.

Where would be the best place for me to sell these? Should I talk to HTFR again or what? I don't want to let them go for pennies. Cost me fortune to build it up and many of them are unavailable these days.

Help!

I would list the good ones individually on ebay and do a job lot on the others

Honestly? Take the time to individually eBay the rare stuff (I had a Gatecrasher Summer Sound triple EP go for over £75!), and job lot the rest.
