Help me find a song/video!

Right, this has been driving me crazy for over a week! There's a song, the video for which is on youtube somewhere but I justcan't remember who it is. I think it was used in Grey's Anatomy at some point, and the video for the song is the singer walking around a white, wood-panelled typical American house, playing guitar in the garden, and he has a beard with no moustache and is in his early twenties. The chorus to the song has no discernable words, or one word kind of hummed. It's recent, within the last year or so.

I know it's not much to go on, but help me!
