Help with Early 90s Dance Song Name

On a nostalgia trip I'm trying to find name of a 90s dance music song (92 to 95), the vocal hook is a deep voiced repetition saying (in a chant style) "boom boom boom, boo boo boo, boo boom" I've search for days without luck. Can anyone help. One thing is that is not the bucketheads or the outhere brothers!
