It's a track by Jan Garbarek (sax) and The Hilliard Ensemble.
They did 2 albums together, Mnemosyne and Officium.

The tracks all sound a bit similar to the one used in the vid so I'm not sure which one it is or which album.
All very nice for a chill-out.
