So who was around in London and frequented the good old squat parties of years gone by before Ketamine, booze, general stness and getting older took over?

Free parties every weekend where the vibe was wild and the likes of the Liberators, Geezer, Immersion, Restless Natives and Zebedee played music to a pilled-up audience who went mad to the heavy, heavy sounds of an insane disco?

Brixton, Hackney, Dalston every Saturday night in all manor of strange and wonderful settings and the obligatory cheap cab home, wasted at stupid O'clock on Sunday.

They were great times never to be repeated, well not at my age now anyway.

Every Saturday night becoming the dancing king with a face like this ---> smile

Never got the original scene with its cheesey tunes, that was more akin to 'disco' rather than the stuff at the old parties which was more like Killing Joke on acid (and pills).

Depends.

If you get on the piss on the Sunday you can stretch the crying at Andrex ads day out to Thirsty Thursday, which starts the upstroke once more.

Note to self: Must grow up.

I was there for the music, going down to Chocci's Chewns most weeks, getting all the Routemaster, S.U.F, Noom, Prolekult, and other vinyls

The best Routemaster ones are being repressed in France.
