It looks like Pulp are the headline act on the Saturday night! WTF?

They weren't a headline act even in thier hayday!!!!

They headlined at Glastonbury in '95 & '98.

...so that's a track record in headlining large festivals, other than Blur and Oasis they were probably the most popular Britpop era bands and add in a bit of extra goodwill and nostalgia having reformed after 9 years away then it seems more like they are obvious candidates than WTF merchants!

I was there last year and got an e-mail this morning saying that Foo Fighters were headlining tha Saturday night and KOL on the Friday??

When you look at the headline history at the IOW Pulb really are a WTF band IMO!

Surely Saturday night is higher up the pecking order than Friday night, and Pulp certainly aren't a bigger band than the Kings of Leon?
