So, is anybody else going to see the (partly) reformed Kyuss next year?

A friend sent me a text today to let me know about it, basically it's the early Kyuss line-up minus Josh Homme and with Bruno Fevery, "a member of Garcia's backing band" in his place.

I've bought a ticket for Nottingham, but I guess I'm expecting to be disappointed seeing as Josh wrote all of the guitar parts, my favourite songs were written when Scott Reeder was bassist and I think Alfredo Hernandez was a better drummer than Brant Bjork, so I guess I'm just going to see John Garcia...

A band I was in was lucky enough to support Kyuss on the uk leg of the 'welcome to sky valley' tour back in 1993......one word ...awsome!....not sure how it will go over without josh......not really sure that I want to muddy the memory

Saw Kyuss Lives! on Sunday at the London HMV Forum. They were fantastic, a formidable live act.

Apparantly they are planning to record a new Album - I juts hope they can come up with more great tunes without Josh Homme.
