Can anyone recommend one?

My daughter would like one for her birthday and alongside the really cheap ones are guitars from Stagg and Squier. Are there any 3/4 electric guitars that stand out?

Thanks,

Mark

Go for the squier. The quality of some items I've seen from Stagg in the past has been...variable. Certainly ask the advice of the people in the shop, they'll have an idea of which ones are instruments rather than toys.

I saw some Fender Starcasters at Costco the other day. From memory between £150--£190. They looked like pretty good kit, came with an amp too.

Bought my 12YO daughter a squier strat mini for her first guitar.
Seems quite good but a bit small for me to play. Only thing I have noticed is the strings are really light so I stuggle to play it without bending them, will probably swap to some heavier gauge strings soon.
