Basically, a friend has 2000s and they are incredible,, however i'd rather not shell out the extra thousand squid if the 900 has the same sort of feel, even if they does lack a few features of the 2000s.
Not got them but have used them. They lack a few features but you won't suffer without them. Unless you are very serious about it, the CDJ900's will be fine.
You will have no problem navigating around other Pionner CDJ's after using them. The features are still great.
