Beverley Kills...oh, I see what they've done there; it's a pun, right? As already mentioned the bassists a unit. The singer looks quite dykabilly to me, too. Nothing to recommend them musically so I'll move on.

Kenicki were the best girl punk band of recent years, imho.

If you're looking for a massively talented "girl with a guitar" have a look at Carina Round. Bluesy-rock, so not exactly punk, but outstandingly good and shamefully overlooked.
