Name this tune from a god awful description...

Right, first of all I have nothing whatsoever to go on here, just a song stuck in my head that was on the radio and I need to find the name of!

It sound like an 1980's-1990's kind of track, sung in a really high pitched 'androgynous' voice (could be female or possibly a male like Jimmy Somerville) and its a really spare atmospheric track with not a lot going on, kind of slow paced drum machine backing beat with the odd bongo slap in there combined with a really basic piano riff.
The biggest clue I can give is the repeated high pitched chorus vocals go very roughly something like "Nobody else knows whaaaat I saaaay and dooooo... I'm so in love with you"

Erm yeah, I'm rubbish.... but seriously if anyone can identify this track then I would be grateful as Its driving me mad!
I think it was quite popular at one point as I remember hearing it a few times but never knowing what it was... its the sort of thing you get on one of those dreadful 'Romantic night in' CD's or something!
