Highly recommended if you are a fan of this group, Its the story of the band, but what comes across more is what good mates they all are. Can you imagine working with your friends from school for 40+ years?

Beyond the Lighted Stage is what RUSH fans have been waiting for, a little insight into the amazing close friendship between them.
I was lucky to have the local cinema premiere the film and have also brought the DVD which I've watched about half a dozen times so far!
The bond between Alex & Ged is obvious, with Ged even saying Neil is still the newboy, lol.

A very warm & entertaining viewing that will really appeal to an enthusiast. A rare 'must-buy'

The bonus feature of 'Dinner with the Band at a Hunting Lodge' is a pure joy to watch which had me laughing with them as if I was there.

Been a fan for over thirty years, seen them 18 times, listen to them everyday and can't wait to have them tour here again next year!

Some simply amazing technical musicianship especially unique.

Rush are touring UK next year? :excited: Must get tickets this time. I have liked their music for a number of years, but have never seen them live.

For a 3 piece band, they can make a big sound. Interestingly, I hear a story of when Alex lost s string or two and left the stage for repairs, the audience hardly noticed that he was not there such was the cover from Geddy and Neil.

The cynic in me thinks maybe there was a backing track, or someone out the back as frequently happens with bands (awaits flaming for such a suggestion about Rush) but would like to think not.

I'll keep my eye on ticketmaster...
