Verve-Storm in Heaven(their first proper album) is in my Top 10 albums of all time, noteble songs being Slide Away, and Blue.

Storm in Heaven is a great album - I remember seeing them just before 'A Northern Soul' came out at the Astoria and it was one of the most powerfull gigs I've been to (I've been to rather a few!). We did some work in Sawmills a few years later and you can understand why they jammed everything out - the place just has that vibe. Nicknamed 'Cannabis Creek by the locals as it used to be a hippy commune - only way to get there is by boat but only when the tide is low - unless you want to walk down the railway tracks.

Not the easiest way to get all your amps and cabs there.
