Help! name this track

I’m trying to find the name of a track I heard the other day, which is currently driving me up the wall. As usual, I have no idea of the artist either.
It’s a slow-ish dance / rap track by a female, but what makes it distinctive is it has a few lines spoken by one of these voice over people that say something like - Ask not, what your country can do for you. Ask what, you can do for your country. But it could be, Ask not, what your president can do for you. Ask what, you can do for your president.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
