Name That Tune - New House Advert

Before i start i would like to say that i have just read an older thread and thats were i got the idea for the title.

Was watchin road wars on sky1 today and the new 'House' advert was on and i liked the song on it but i dont know what song it is. Can anyone tell me what it is please?
