Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have wide musical tastes, when I say wide I mean a 16 lane motorway. tonight I have found

Pomp and circumstance from the proms
Tiesto adagio for strings
GnR november rain
Carmen
Pirates of penzance The Very Model of a Modern Major....
Blues brothers tail feather

What else can I listen to to lift me up?

I've just got hold of Tarot Sport by fk Buttons and it is marvellous; exceptionally rousing, tech music. The track 'Olympians' will make you feel invincible.

On a different note, Bach: Cello Suites 1-6 always works for me as does Richard Strauss: 4 last songs and most of Mahler's 10 symphonies.

Oh and Take Me Home by Phil Collins is a rousing masterpiece.

Sigur ros are awesome but i doubt to our man's taste. i was going to suggest something ridiculous like pantera but i will seriously recommend Nick Cave and the bad seeds, it's alternative but it has a certain quality of quality. And the Dirty Three do Punk Jazz like no one else

I think that the theme at the beginning of 2001 A Space Odyssey, Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Strauss according to Google, might fit this description.

Here's a link so those who don't know it can hear it. wink
