Evening All

Just refreshing my pedalboard at the mo and I'm binning my Electro Harmonix Nano Clone because it doesn't work with my T-Rex Fuel Tank so needs it's own supply which isn't especially helpful.

I'm looking to get another chorus but what to get - they seem to go from dirt cheap nasty things through to monumentally expensive £300 ones. I definitely don't want another Electro Harmonix and Boss pedal always seem a bit 'unnatural' so outside of EHX and Boss, what do the good folks of PH recommend in the £50 to £120 bracket for a quality chorus pedal.

Oh and PM me if you fancy a nano clone smile

Cheers

Can you elaborate a bit more about what isn't working with what?

I would have thought EH were the wise choice. Boss are definately a bit metallic and cheesy sounding, but isn't that the point of chorus?

Have you thought about rotary speaker simulators? A slow rotary on my old rhodes piano was much nicer than a forced chorus shimmer..

Hi

The EH works fine, it's just a change I fancy plus it's a bit annoying that it needs a seperate power supply as it doesn't work from my T Rex fuel tank.

The TC Electronics is a good call, I have their Nova Reverb, but the chorus just sits permanently on at the end of the chain so I didn't want to spend a fortune on it...

Cheers
