[The Excession]

Not seen anyone try this type of post in here before.

So, a story with a song....


This one is from a couple of lads that I hung out with in Didsbury (Manchester) many years ago. Back then I was just doing my best to make sure their sound was good when they were playing live.

One day Bill brought a fiddle player back to the flat and he (the fiddler) laid down this in one take, yes, in one take!!!

Seriously, he (the fiddle player) listened to the song a few times, and did this in one take. Fabulous, you can hear it getting tighter and tighter all the way through the song.

Love it, bloody love it. Even better that I was sat in Duncan's flat when it was all recorded.

My little boy loves all this guitar and the violins too.
